Business Education Philosophy

The philosophy of business education is to help all students develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviors necessary to succeed in the post-secondary study in a business cluster. These acquired skills will also prepare a student for the workforce.

Business education will help students develop skills in accounting, finance, law, computer applications, entrepreneurship, marketing, management, and workforce development.  Business and marketing education provides instruction about the business world that is a necessary component for students to become contributing citizens who are capable of making astute economic and consumer decisions.
